Many people have told us that they have difficulty checking our private blog. We have already decided not to post detailed information about this current adoption, so we have decided to start this new blog that is open to anyone. This way we can keep everyone updated on the process and what is happening on our end.
Here is a general overview of where we are in the process. We are adopting from China and have been matched with an adorable little boy that is about 2 years old. Simeon (that is what we plan to name him) has congenital heart disease and has had corrective surgery. We have our pre-approval and are now waiting for our Letter of Seeking Confirmation. At this point, if everything continues to go "as planned", we will be traveling to bring him home in March or April.
We are so thankful for all of the support we receive from our family and friends!
