Timeline

Here is our timeline so far:

March 25, 2011--1st home study meeting
March 31-May 5-- Home study process
May 20-- Home study complete--await state approval
June 10-- State approved home study
June 11--Mail I800A to US Immigration
June 20--Receive Fingerprint appointment
July 21--Fingerprinted for Immigration
August 8--Received I797 Immigration pre-approval
August 12--Dossier mailed to our international agency for authentication & translation        
September 6--Dossier mailed to China
September 23-- Dossier logged in
September 27-- Referral Day!!! 
October 14--Pre-approval from China

After pre-approval, we wait for our LOC (Letter Seeking Confirmation) from China.  Don't ask me what this is... I do not know.  Once we receive it we can then apply for our I800 with immigration.
