I was feeding him raisins while we waited at the police station to get his passport picture. 

These are our friends Jose, Tracy and their new daughter, Isabella.  Isabella has a severe heart defect that requires surgery that can only be done in the States.  Little Isabella is very blue, and when she gets stressed, it gets worse.  Jose & Tracy are eager to get home so they can get her the medical care she needs.  Please pray for them and for little Isabella!!
